Chad is a new adventure bike rider and has quickly taken to traveling on two wheels. Within a few short years, he has ridden across the country several times and journeyed through Mexico, Guatemala, and Honduras. His YouTube channel Be Gone For Good is a mixture of reviews, inspiration, DIY, and travel log—all created to maximize the experience of adventuring not only for travelers but also for the communities they travel through.
Dude – just came across some of your material on YouTube. Good stuff. I knew I had seen your logo before, Be Gone for Good, on your Africa Twin that was parked at the Overland Expo show in central Virginia this past October. Got a few pics of your machine. Later that day , sitting in the food tent, I saw you a couple of tables away from me with your AT clothing and knowing you were riding an AT wanted to walk over and talk, but you were already gone. As I recall you had North Carolina plates, not too far from me here in central Virginia. Might be nice to explore the possibility for doing some riding

I do tend to broadcast my Africa Twin love. 😉 It is an endless point of ridicule amongst my riding buddies who are constantly asking in their most strained sincere voice, “Hey, what kind of bike do YOU ride?” This past OE was a tornado for me with all the classes, courses, and presenting for my first time that I barely had time to breathe. I am glad you found me and reached out because it is always great to hear from other riders, especially those relatively close to me. I am hoping to get out riding some weekend here in the near future to practice some shots and such for the channel. We are hoping to get to the MABDR this summer sometime so I will definitely reach out to you when I have something a bit more solid so we can hook up.
